Aloha-Namaste.
Thank you for taking a moment to pause. To be the change I wished to see in the world, I had to transform my gravestones (traumatic experiences) into stepping stones (growth). Given the opportunity, I hope to earn your trust so we may walk down a similar pathway together. Until you find your own momentum, I will be honored to hold a space for you. I have offered support to adults with childhood and adulthood challenges who found their path of wholeness. Given the opportunity, we will do the same together. Welcome to your wholeness journey. It is time.
An EGLLC treatment plan integrates your lived experiences of childhood and adulthood challenges with relational, systemic, and transpersonal approaches. We will go deep into the root to mend what was broken and to unearth your potential and purpose. We will then work together to actualize them and create sustainable wholeness.
Guaranteed, the person to the right of you or the left is having similar struggles as you. When feeling isolated in your struggles, rest assured, you are not alone. What feels like an obstacle is actually an opportunity to craft the best version of your interdependent self. To this end, we simply have to do this together. Shall we begin?
Issues addressed in sessions with clients over the years include negative self-conceptualization of worthiness, adequacy, and competence, loss of passion and creative spark, lost sense of self from riding the drama triangle, loss of voice and visibility from oppression, colonization, and discrimination, anhedonic tendencies of stagnation, hopelessness, and excessive worrying, loss of connection with nature and land, fear of the unknown, disconnection and dissociation from core identity, unresolved family of origin and intergenerational struggles, hardships with body image and nutritional management, inability to maintain consistency with routines, priorities, and goals.

Ready to become actualized?
This new cohort model was created from Deepa's dissertation research.
It spans three months and integrates individual and group therapy.
To become actualized is to become whole.

Each cohort consists of 10 to 15 members.

All members will meet as a group once per month, then engage in individual therapy once per week.

If you are ready to deep dive, then Wholeness-Based Eudaimonia (R) is ideal for you.

Contact Deepa for more information.

Issues well suited for this model involve childhood challenges, such as exposure to neglect, abuse, historical adversities, household conflicts, and so on.
You will be invited to share your story with fellow members of the cohort in the final group gathering, however, this is not required to participate.
