Dr. Erin Metz is a highly qualified professional in the field of marriage and family therapy, holding board certification and a valid license as a therapist. Additionally, she possesses a license in Alcohol and Drug Counseling from the Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy.
Serrylee Kanakaole-Wong, MA, MFT-I
Serrylee received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University in 2012. She continues her clinical training in addiction disorders with a trauma-informed approach that engages the mana’o (mind), kino (body) and ‘uhane (spirit).

Danni is a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy student at Northcentral University. She holds a Master of Business Administration and spent her career in the field of finance in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Helping people is a part of Danni’s culture, and changing careers was a natural progression.
Cindee comes to Elemental Guidance with 25 years of experience in Public Accounting, Bookkeeping, Hospitality Accounting Management and Tax preparation.
